A focused session using one primary modality to help release tension and rebalance your energy.

A blended session using two modalities to support deeper relaxation, emotional balance, and clarity.

An immersive session combining multiple modalities for deep release, renewal, and energetic realignment

I’m Margaret - a mixed-race Ojibwe woman (Leech Lake), adoptee, Reiki and meditation practitioner, movement guide, and intuitive empath. You are welcome here.
I create a safe, compassionate space where your energy can settle, your body can rest, and your spirit can reconnect with its inner light. My offerings include: Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Healing Touch, Sound Healing, Crystal Work, and Akashic Record Readings; available both in person (7260 University Ave, Suite 100, Fridley) and on Zoom.
Each session is guided by intuition and Spirit, supporting you on your journey back to balance, wholeness, and self-trust. In each session I follow your rhythm. You’ll be supported to release, rest, and come back home to yourself.
